Mother Dorothy Mae "Aunt Dot" Williams (Thomas)

Dorothy M. (Thomas ) Williams " Aunt Dot" of Passaic fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on July 12, peacefully at home. Born in Lloyd Fla. she resided in Passaic since 1939. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church of Passaic where she was a the former Chaplin and chairperson of the Usher Bd. and member of the Senior Choir, She a a member of the mothers board and at age 100 she was the oldest member of the church Miss "Dot" worked for Passaic General Hospital for 8 years and the Eastern Can Company of Passaic for over 10 years. . She also was a former member of the Elks club of Passaic She was a beautician for Childs Beauty Parlor and the Gales Beauty Salon of Passaic ,she later became a self employed beautician and the owner operator of her own grocery store in Passaic. She is survived by 1 sister Betty Paulhill Passaic her niece Alice Mclain Passaic sisters in law Mildred Thomas and Daisy Thomas. beloved nieces, nephews and cousins in the Thomas, Slappy, Mosley Henderson and Tripp families She was predeceased by her Husband Nehemiah Williams 1959 5 brothers Henry Thomas Jr. Willie Issac, Mingo and James 3 sisters Winfred Thomas Emma Myers and Edith Thomas many sisters and brothers.
