Margaret (Sims) Mann was born on February 9th, 1942 in Waco, NC. Born to the late Jimmie (Bill) Sims and Vera (Gibbs) Sims. Margaret was the youngest of 7 children. In 1956 she moved to Passaic, NJ, where she attended #12 School Soon after, she worked for many years at Shore Park Craft in Passaic NJ. She also joined St Paul Baptist Church upon moving to NJ. Later, she met And married the love of her life, Alvin Mann and had 3 kids. They remained married until his passing On March 4th, 1997. She is predeceased by 2 sisters, Dorothy (Sims) Barnett of Cherryville, NC and Lillie Mae (Sims) Jackson of Passaic NJ. 3 brothers, Herbert Sims Paterson NJ, Letcher Sims and Jimmie Sims both of Passaic NJ She is survived by 1 sister Ella Killebrew, 1 Aunt Lillie Ellen Thornton of Flint Michigan, 2 sons, Alvin Mann Jr (Ivellise) of Passaic NJ, Wesley Mann (Mildred) of Tamiment PA, 1 daughter Rhonda Mann of Passaic NJ. 6 grandkids, Anthony Mann, Colorado Springs, CO, Desiree Mann of West Palm Beach,Florida, David Mann, Passaic NJ, Elijah Mann and Sydney Mann of Tamiment PA, Cameron May of Passaic NJ, Peyton Mann of Garfield NJ. 1 Great Grandson Matthew Medina of Tamiment PA. Host of other niece and nephews and cousins. In her free time she enjoyed playing Bingo at the Senior Center, Scratch offs and her Love for Tricky Trays. Mostly she Always read her favorite book, The Bible. She held Special Friendships with Mary Ellen Washington, Dorothy Thomas, Nouma Durham, Annie Monroe, Beverly Lee and Cindy Mikula.
