Irma C. (Wynn) Tyler

February 19, 1922 - December 2, 2021

Irma Tyler, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many departed this earthly life to be with the Lord on December 2, 2021. She was born February 19, 1922 in Jackson Georgia, she was the third oldest child of six born to Jay’re Garfield Wynn and Erma Cutura Wynn. She resided in Passaic since 1934 and this is when she met her husband Barry Tyler. She worked for Allegri Tech Electronics Co.of Nutley for 14 years as a wiring and soldering technician. Irma was an examiner for Liz Claiborne of Secaucus, NJ for many months and for Jack Finn Clothing Co. of Passaic for 4 years where she retired. She was a former member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Passaic and a former member of The American Legion Passaic Chapter. She was a member of the Fabulous Millard Singing Group with her sister Ruby. She is survived 1 son Barry Tyler Jr. Goddaughter Vickie 4 grands 6 great grands a host of nieces and nephews Predeceased by her husband Barry Tyler Sr. her sister Ruby Smith 4 brothers Rufus, Johnny,James, and Jay're Wynn Jr.
