SUPPORT STAFF 20th anniversary picture Current 2009 picture
  Typically not always seen during the funeral, their presence behind the scenes is nonetheless critical to the day-to-day operation of our facilities. Our support staff plays an important role in ensuring our high standard of service. We are proud of their dedication and commitment. These are the hard working staff members of THE MADONNA MULTINATIONAL HOME FOR FUNERALS INC. Standing Left our "acomplished "organist and family attendant GARY SMITH a childhood friend of Madonna's for almost 50 years he's been with the Madonna Funeral home for over 16 years, Standing right our limousine driver and family attendant "Big CARL TATE" Carl has been with us for over 10 years now. Left forward is ANDREA MARTE Andrea is our Bi-Lingual Lady attendant who has been with us or 18 years. Next to Andrea, in the Middle is Madonna's right hand man Deacon WILLIE GREEN. Mr Green is not only the Limousine driver but the" go to" guy who has faithfully been with the Funeral home also for over 15 years. Next to Mr. Green is MARISOL GONZALEZ my former office assistant who was also bi-lingual, and my beloved AUNT EFFIE (age 88 now) Her and VIVIAN JOHNSON my best friend for 25 yrs (see new picture) are my lady attendants they have have been with the F.H. from the begining.OUR NEWEST ADDITION IS MRS KARLA GARCIA MY OFFICE ASST. and right hand gal you gotta go through Karla to get to Madonna! REYNALDO MORRERA is back ! after a few years in Miami Beach Fla. Reynaldo returned to the F.H. and has been with us about 15 years. Last but not least A woman of many faces standing in the middle MADONNA , president and embalmer of the funeral home who will be celebrating THEIR 24th ANNIVERSARY. KEEP YOUR EARS OPEN FOR OUR GALA 25TH CELEBRATION.

Often Fills in for Madonna when shes at her yearly convention, Vacation or on a Speaking Assignment
If you are willing to work at all times in an atmosphere of grief, if you are willing to be on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round, if you are willing to be called by police , firemen and families all times of day and night to care for victims of accident or violence, if you are willing to work always under pressure of split timing, if you want a job that even your friends look upon with discomfort, if you don't object to being singled out for national criticism in the press, radio and on 60 Minutes ,dispite the good we do, If you want to be investigated and regulated by State and Federal agencies that protect private individuals rights If you have the ability to control hundreds of minute details that must be attended to immediately if not sooner, if you want the expense of maintaining a large establishment with specialized equipment, custom built vehicles, Funeral records that must be kept and stored for eternity, and if you are willing to accept a modest return for all your labors, while everyone else thinks your getting rich then maybe funeral service is for you
